BBC Learning Gallery
The BBC Learning Gallery was commissioned by
BBC Training & Development to aid research into learning environments. Part of a wider initiative to look at how
learning is delivered within the corporation, the area explored various issues.
including: preferred learning styles, the use of colour and shape to effect the
environment, the use of sound and lighting and the effect of providing refreshments
might have on learning.
The area included:
- One person learning "pods"
- Two-person learning "pods"
- A group learning area
- Learning drop-in zones
- Refreshment area
